A great way to leave an impression is to stand out. Food is a pretty good way to get anyone's attention and when it's served standing up, size does matter!
But how to serve it with-out the mess, or formality of waiting staff?
Can't Handle It.
How about trying sticks, boats & paddles? They all sound like a day out on the water. This is how we have solved the problem of eating while networking.
From early on in our food relationship Guy and I have managed flavour profiles with ease. Starting off in a restaurant/pizza shop, we had become experienced in sending out food not just serving it in house. We moved on to two cafes and spent over a decade doing the same. Yummy food, in or out. Now we are combining our knowledge to get that "impression" out there, while freeing one up to do business, chat, catch up or have a blast.
Reinventing The Wheel.
No need! Eating this way has worked in the past, but what makes today's tools better is that they are sturdier, environmentally friendly and more attractive. The good looks of bamboo and parchment just adds to the appeal of handling something with substance, rather than a flimsy paper plate and bendy fork. Our food is delivered in enviro boxes or Pallets, with windowed lids making visible the treats inside. They look great on the tables, convenient to select from and best of all, no mess to clean up...just fold and throw away into the recycling bin!
